The Baylis Group has a fantastic opportunity for a bright, enthusiastic person who has a professional and confident telephone manner with experience in a customer service environment.
The role is a full time position that may suit someone who would prefer to work flexible/unusual hours including some Saturday mornings. The set weekly hours will be Monday to Friday 08:30am – 05:30pm and 1 in 3 Saturday mornings will be 08:30am-12:30pm.
Primarily, this essential job involves inbound and outbound telephone contact with our customers, marketing our products and services and secure booked appointments into our nine branches, for our Sales and Service departments.
Working within a small energetic team based at our Cheltenham Dealership, the position also encompasses database work and other admin duties.
